Oh where to start? Micromanaging, mandatory overtime, old-fashioned, must work in the office. Upper management never took Covid seriously. A bunch of us got sick. They are very numbers oriented. Emails every week about your numbers. Very stressful and frustrating. The raises are a joke. Don’t complain to HR bc they will tell your boss and then you will have some splaining to do. Obviously HR isn’t supposed to do that but here at federated rules don’t apply. Make sure you are getting coffee or snacks during your one and only break time of 15 min. If you have to pee a lot, get a doctor’s note. Smile you are on camera! Yes, they can see you come and go on camera that is always open on managements desktop. Their idea of dealing w Covid was to put up ply boards around all the cubicles bc that will stop an airborne virus. Smh.
