Great benefits, financial resources, Pension plan, and huge commission potential. The training is extensive, but very necessary. Opportunity to grow. A lot of tools and resources to help you sell. Financially stable company.
Cons
Prepare to have little sleep. This role requires a lot of time and energy. You need to view you commissions every month to make sure everything looks right or else you can run into losing commission. Don't plan on starting to have a family in the first 4 years of working here. It takes about 3-4 years to become fully comfortable in the knowledge and systems.
