There will NEVER be any Work From Home aka Remote Work, pay is pitiful, annual raises are less than 3% which means there is NO inflation consideration, very poor handling of COVID 19 by pushing everyone back into the office during the Summer of 2020, there is almost NO female or minority representation in leadership, I hear “ dogwhistle” racist comments inside the office all the time, they are loosing talent at an alarming rate and are only SLOWLY replacing it with barley employable people, management hold petty grudges which will cap a career so tread lightly when talking inside the office, expect to work well over 40 hours a week, they will not promote talent into real leadership unless that talent is willing to relocated to Owatonna MN and if you knew anything about Owatonna then you know how “difficult” of a prospect that is, and honestly it feels like a strange midwestern cult of old white men who talk like they are all from Fargo and still think it is 1965.

The culture is terrible, high turnover, once you put in your 2-weeks notice they start to blatantly treat you worse, company is stuck in the times, promotions bring no raise, you will always work in the office (not even a nice office), management is not trustworthy.
