Some recent software changes benefitted other departments more than mine. In the three and a half years I was there, the move to tracking data was pretty annoying to me on a personal level. It led employees to sometimes worry more about getting credit for their work than to deliver great service to internal and external customers.

Difficulty moving up/getting promotions, will most likely sit at a desk all day, if that's not preferred.
