This company will ensure that you are set for life. There are amazing benefits, a great salary, and a cheap cost of living. Staying with this company for 20+ years will ensure that you can spend retirement however you please. A great small town vibe, if that is your thing.
Cons
You must be in Owatonna. Federated is trying to build the town up to something more reputable, but there are still some steps to be made. There seems to be no flexibility for new methods from top level management. Old school methods are still king in this company.
