Good if you value work-life balance. All of the government bureaucracy and process makes sure you work very slowly.

Cons

Some teams can be super toxic, upper management is shady, pay is not great

Not a lot of red tape. Willing to hire and train into a position.

Year to year small government contracts. No long term security (not the companies fault, just the business they are in)
