      Pros

      Solid entry level benefits. Decent work schedules. Good PTO and holidays. No too much oversight from upper management.

      Cons

      Not much room to advance your career. Unless you are on a major contract from them, expect to be ignored by the vice president and other essential upper tier personnel. They are definitely a company trying to get their footing so don't expect a competitive salary.

      Sorry there are no Pros to working for this company

      Yes, they lie about everything. They have no knowledge on how HR works, they fired one of the reps for sexual harassment to many of the female workers. Trying to reach out to the CEO to inform him/her about the nuances of the company is difficult. Very unprofessional Director, he has no working knowledge on the day to day duties. Another co worker can't get her paycheck right its been 7 months since she started. They keep short changing her check by $400.
