      Pros

      These people are passionate to help you succeed. They make sure you feel good about what you're doing and how you're doing it. No micro-management, constant positive reinforcement, friendly co-workers always eager to help when you have questions. Plentiful growth opportunities and pro-active promotion guidelines. Reminders to actually take your sick days and (competitive amount of ) time off and reinforcement of healthy work/life balance. Frequent software and process improvements to help you work smarter. Opportunities to help your community and learn more about current crises. Constant and transparent communication from leadership about the state of the company.

      Cons

      I haven't had the chance to meet any of these wonderful people in person.

      Best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Feedonomics invests in culture, treats its team members well, and gives you opportunities to grow. Nobody is a bad person and everyone is willing to help with whatever you need. Leadership is transparent and makes you want to work for them, which was a big thing for me coming in. People seem genuinely happy to work here.

      Cons

      No real downsides to working at Feedonomics. The company is remote friendly and flexible about life.

      It's the best company we've ever worked for too, and a lot of that is thanks to you! If we maintain our no tolerance stance on Ego, we will be able to accomplish anything.       Pros

      - Outstanding company culture where everyone truly functions as a part of a team - Incredibly thorough onboarding and training program that really sets you up for success - Always feel fully supported in every way - Remote-first company with all of the right structures in place to where you never feel isolated or forgotten - You always know where you stand and what it takes to perform in your role at a high level

      Cons

      I have to say that I haven't run into any cons as of yet, but I'm still fairly new here.
