Great Traditional Company with Room to Grow

Pros

- Several Branches - Part of a bigger engineering "Family" (Trilon) which means access to jobs and resources - Start to finish engineering firm, we can do everything for the client. - 8/10 upward mobility, I haven't changed positions yet but they seem open to it. - Stable, no huge overhauls or changes in the past or in the future.

Cons

- Aquisition of smaller firms that sometimes don't last - The Board members can feel a little distant from the field guys. - The Traditional feel and structure can lead to less room for new ideas and risks.
