Lots of freedom in planning your schedule. Work the job as if it's your own business.

Cons

No matter how much you do for the company, they will find a way to screw you. No way to ever tell what your bonuses will be until they get done doctoring it to their benefit. You can go months with nice growth and if you have one off month, your job is on the line. They way you know if they are lying is when their mouth is moving,
