      Pros

      Decent pay, decent workload, some nice perks such as lunches, not micromanaged by management. Some of the customers are very nice.

      Cons

      A lot of the employees seem to hate their jobs and the steel industry in general. People spend all day complaining about anything and everything. Management seems to be coasting but there's a lot of lip service to improvement and caring.
