      - Thorough vetting process during the interview phase - Great reputation in the St. Louis IT Market - Outstanding training opportunities that help FCI consultants stay ahead of the technology curve - Management that is always working to make FCI better - Account managers that actually care about how FCI employees are doing and trust them to perform their job without micro managing - Competitive benefits - Overall a great company to work for

      - Benefit costs are a little high but they make every effort to keep them low

      Pros

      Ferguson's management and staff take a sincere interest in the careers of their consutlants. They understand the industry like no other firm I have worked for.

      Cons

      So far I have nothing to complain about. I have been with the company for a little over a year and have been very pleased with the experience.

      Pros

      Great place to work.The company is transparent, thorough, and does an excellent job placing their candidates. Leadership always gives full support to the recruiting team and is dedicated to each individual’s growth. If there are challenges or learning curves, they will work through them with you. Everyone from admin to finance to business development to the recruiting manager and recruiting team, knows how to operate very well and efficiently. The environment is close knit and so supportive. The benefits (health, PTO, bonus) are great perks of working for the company as well.
