Get recognized for the work done, wonderful HR, and amazing transparency with regards to salary and benefits as compared to other consulting companies

Cons

Would help if they can manage to get openings at many more companies then just the handful that they have currently

Pros

The company is solid. Management is competent and understand a consultants motivation and how to satisfy their clients. Not an easy business to do well and they succeed in keeping many paid and paid well.

Cons

The Fergusons are very intelligent and make it happen. They are so far ahead of the game that they can wear a normal person out with their energy. All in all, great people on a mission. Always on.

Ferguson can be a place where you will find steady work especially for developers. Listen carefully as benefits and the way you earn then and can use them are explained. Be sure to thoroughly understand the offer as well as the client expectations and environment before accepting a position.

Cons

Roles that use a combination of hard and soft skills can be less stable. Be sure to understand the clients expectations and environment before taking a position. In all roles, avoid having FCI office staff closely involved in your project. Their lack of technical background can cause misunderstandings and issues.
