Pros
-Never a dull moment, lots of exposure to different people (customers, managers, associates). They will build you from the ground up to be a well rounded associate. Just come with an open mind and understand the demands of the industry. Management is approachable, reasonable and will reward hard work/transparency.
Cons
-tons of/arguably too much overtime in the right places -Trainees often times wont want to hop on equipment and help. Dont be “above that”
