Morally corrupt and unprofessional management. "Benefits" and pay aren't worth it. This location is "unionized" but it's the most useless union of all time. They won't have your back with anything. The union "steward" goes to private dinners and events with management so he doesn't have to defend any of his crew when it actually matters. He actively works with management to get rid of "problem" individuals. Don't even think about getting hurt and taking out workers comp here due to an injury caused AT WORK. They will RUN YOU OUT. Avoid at all cost.

Too much work, not enough help, if you are good at something you become the sole person of that specific responsibility. If your skin color is brown then most likely your Caucasian counterparts will be bias towards you. Nothing you do will be enough. Customer base also very rude.
