Pros
Good benefits, good pay over the long haul if you’re persistent and do the right things day in and day out. Financially stable company with deep pockets and a lot of resources.
Cons
Hard working employees are taken advantage of while underperforming employees are allowed to coast and do just enough to get by. Too many positions that pinch pennies instead of producing revenue. Inadequate staffing, equipment and infrastructure at the branch level. Poor quality control within the DC network creates a lot of problems on the downstream side of the business.
