      Pros

      Convenience to home since I live close by. Pay is ok not enough money for the type of work and hours that you put in.

      Cons

      Management is one sided that they only see what is going wrong as long as you don't point out their wrong doings... Smh Salary sucks if you really have the education and experience

      My Time There, Not So Good...

      Pros

      Good pay and excellent benefits package. Great product line to offer it's customer base. Well stocked distribution center with daily deliveries was very helpful.

      Cons

      LONG work days. Generally low morale amongst hourly employees. Although Lenexa, KS location 215 is the HQ for the Southern Plains division, management was almost non-existent most of the time.

      Great Stable Work, Need More Direction From Upper Management

      Pros

      Great benefits, and laid back atmosphere. If you work hard, you can move up, opportunities to move are always available.

      Cons

      Little to no direction from upper management. Sink or swim culture. Little training, thrown into the fire when hired. Need to fight for raises or recognition for direct reports. Given no resources to heighten team morale. Expected to train online, but there is rarely any downtime to do so. Culture is a little bit "high school", so if you're focused on work, you get looked at as an outsider.
