IF you land on the right team, it can be a great environment, but it varies.
Cons
Lack of visibility into roles outside your direct team. Lots of roles out there, but finding them and applying can be like applying with an entirely different company. Lack of mobility/training/growth. Raises don't keep up with cost of living.
