Pros

Flex time, affordable insurance, family friendly policies, onsite daycare, sports leagues, kind and patient colleagues, cultural events, curiosity about the world , 3:30 social hour.

Cons

None really. Parking is a beast, but it's tolerable. Possibly add more spaces to accomodate employees and guests.

Very positive environment for employees. Good benefits, telecommuting and flexible hours for some employees, pay is fairly competitive for a non-profit.

Cons

Low turnover leads to little opportunity for advancement. Culture does not deal with performance problems and few incentives for high performance.
