      Great benefits and flexibility. Research done by this organization spawns many scientific advancement that improves quality of everyday life.

      Cons

      Extremely clicky organization. Job satisfaction in this organization depends on who is your boss at the time. There are great people to work for as well as some mean dudes. Just have to be careful. Right now, the general morale is very low.

      Pros

      People, people, people. Atmosphere. Subject matter. Being a contractor I have asked for time off on reg basis to go home to see family etc. I have not ONCE had any resistance to this. It is a very friendly management. The subject matter is second to none. I have become very interested and begun reading on my own about particle physics. I wish I had a chance to stay longer..

      Cons

      Facility is a bit outdated. but the people make up for it. As a contractor I am aware of animosity that can develop with direct employees that are held to higher standards when it comes to personal conduct etc. It should be remembered that as a contractor many have to make sacrifices and relish the ability to have flexibility. I dont have the ability to stay here as long as I would like. So I maintain a open avenue for direct positions abroad.
