Great Community, Excellent work/life balance, Philanthropic activities available, Pay is great, Nice benefits including nice 401k match, time off, holidays, free candy & coffee, company lunches every week. Extremely approachable CEO and Leadership team.

Ferrara has a Great Company culture that they are constantly working to improve. They treat their employees well, closing the office early on random weekends and big holiday weekends. There is also lots of room for advancement if you can prove your worth.

Cons

The org. chart makes no sense what so ever. and its in IL
