Supervisors without accounting degree, micro management

Minor care for employees. Free lunch other. Some surrounding managers are polite and respect Ferrara values except A/R supervisor need working on

Cons

A/R dept behind on work, short staff need help. supervisor don't know anything or take responsibility for actions. No one wants to be responsible. Department always loud, playing, supervisor included, makes obnoxious sounds, talks about other coworkers out loud very unprofessional environment . Management should not indulge in activities with the employees talking and playing all day.

Very reactionary environment, not much big picture thinking. 24/7 operations with 3 shifts, each one self-absorbed

Salary is decent, free lunch on Fridays, Keurig Coffee, free coke machine, and discounted candy. You get to wear jeans to work every day.

Cons

HR department is not helpful. Top Heavy management structure. Majority of free lunch fridays consists of pizza. Doesn't ask for input from employees. Spends too much money.
