Pros

Ferrara has great brands with lots of growth potential. If you do your job well you can get promoted quickly. Access to senior management is unlike anywhere else I have worked.

Cons

Ferrara sometimes makes decisions too quickly without thinking about the big picture which causes work churn for employees. Some financial decisions that leadership makes are not sound which makes it challenging to profitably grow the business.
