Great culture. Individuality is not discouraged, and the compnay has a diverity mindset that is not just Coporate Speak.

Cons

Overall, there is still a small company, entrepreneur mindset, but the large company financial pressure is starting to creep in. Although still privately held, the make a number for the street feel is beginning to override some decision making.
