Good vacation! don’t have nothing else good to say

Cons

No help when I come to having family, 12 hours shift, will work you for 21 days straight. Bad communication, poor management, let me go for not having a reliable babysitter due to COVID.

I guess the free candy?

The leadership team is way too into the details. Not sure if that’s due to the company continuing to hire new people and therefore misaligned vision but it makes the work unbearable. They're so busy playing “manager” that it causes more issues, swirl and delays of work.
