      Pros

      Working with great people on a daily basis. Teamwork makes the dream work. I like the 2-2-3 schedule because it allows for extended free time on off days and weekends. Great for long weekend trips. Fair pay and great benefits

      Free candy is great. The hourly employees are wonderful.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, "the good idea fairy" lives here, no one has a backbone, corporate policy is nonexistent. They're stuck in the Nestle way, which has led them to avoid change and innovation.
