      Big Company, Too Many Open Projects Without Enough Vision and Strategy

      Immediate team was a good group of people

      Cons

      Ferrara was very email and meeting centric. There were so many open projects and thus, meetings and emails, that it was really difficult to work on anything more strategic or forward looking. There was an expectation to respond to emails nearly immediately and it created a lot of administrative/tactical work with little/no time to manage anything else. It felt very disjointed and I didn't see a clear strategy or objective the entire org was working towards.

Ferrara is focused on being transparent with teams about the future of the organization. We are committed to growth, so we do move quickly, but since you have been with the organization, we have an increased focus on consistency and strategic alignment across the business.
