      Pros

      One of my biggest reasons I enjoy working for Ferrara candy, is I get to talk to all people about any concerns they might have and follow-up with employees is one of my goals and I can see the effect it has on our employees which is positive anytime you get back to employees weather it is what they wanted to hear or something they did not want to hear its not what you its how you say it.
