CCC at Ferrara is the place to be!

Leadership in Cookies, Cones and Crusts is unparalleled! My review is based specifically on CCC. My Executives were flexible, caring, understanding, direct, personable, extremely intelligent and gave real time feedback. This was invaluable to me as a single working mom with a young one. Personally, I enjoyed everyone in CCC. What an amazing group of individuals!!! It was disheartening to read some of these poor reviews, so I had to add my two cents. Are expectations high? Yes! Are they unattainable? Absolutely not. Do you need to pivot? Yes! Do you need to work hard? Yes! Is the work rewarding? Yes! This is a work hard, play hard atmosphere (imo) and I loved it there! Office at OPO is gorgeous. Is Ferrara perfect? No, however no company is. I would 100% recommend to a friend if there was an opening in the CCC division.

Pros

Offers are pretty good, people are great for the most part. Brand new cool office downtown with lots of happy hours etc (awesome during non COVID). Lack of role structure means you can get experience in areas you might not be able to in more structured companies (which could also be a con)

Cons

This place is a joke. Constant turnover. Pay increases are TINY, especially with promotions. Company constantly tripping over themselves - lack of clarity in what roles do/ who owns what, and management isn't clear on priorities/strategy. Same issues come up again and again. Management hasn't dealt with any of the glaring issues this company has, and it shows quarter after quarter. Would not recommend unless you have an exit plan before you even accept the position.
