      Good vacation! don’t have nothing else good to say

      Cons

      No help when I come to having family, 12 hours shift, will work you for 21 days straight. Bad communication, poor management, let me go for not having a reliable babysitter due to COVID.

      Ferrara is very agile with few defined processes for its size. This allows employees to work in an entrepreneurial fashion and can be empowering.

      Cons

      Ferrara values speed but is not always efficient, with multiple work steams often duplicating efforts. Ferrara also has a culture rooted in private equity, where profit is first and people development is a distant afterthought.
