With each passing year Ferrara leverages some of the latest and greatest, best in breed, processes. It is a great place to learn, with a consistent need to be adaptable as we typically play many roles within a team.

Cons

The teams are smaller in size and therefore we heavily depend on each other.

Pros

Ferrara has great brands with lots of growth potential. If you do your job well you can get promoted quickly. Access to senior management is unlike anywhere else I have worked.

Cons

Ferrara sometimes makes decisions too quickly without thinking about the big picture which causes work churn for employees. Some financial decisions that leadership makes are not sound which makes it challenging to profitably grow the business.

Revolving door, long hours, no respect from upper management. Raises minimal at best unless you were one of the inner circle who were hired by Sal who is no longer there.
