Pros

still trying to find a Pro

Cons

management is misleading and if you haven't been with the company since last century your just another body in the company. Very, very snobby employees.

Pros

Normally management offers flexible hours as long as you preform. Good company to work for if you have a young family and no aspirations to move up the latter. Ferrero does offer very good medical benefits.

Cons

Family oriented organization and continued to be promoted in this manner. Perhaps, 15 years ago when management actually cared about employee and did not allow inexperienced and selfish HR manager move in from overseas to run every part of the organization. Never understood how one individual can be capable of making decisions for every facet of the company without any technical or direct experience in those areas of expertise. Anyone working for the company can notice how negative the atmosphere has developed over the past year. Employees are promised certain positions or promotions within a time frame which in the end does not materialize. No training or support offered. Any new employees have to be a self-motivator and DO NOT expect that anyone is going to be there to show you the ropes.

Pros

Decent compensation. Potential for improvement if leadership is overhauled.

Cons

Working here was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience due to the toxic culture and unqualified leadership. Many individuals in leadership roles, especially those overseeing HR services, lack the necessary expertise and understanding of their teams’ challenges. To make matters worse, they show little interest in improving or addressing feedback. This creates serious compliance risks and a demoralizing environment. Managers prioritize cozying up to the SVP of HR and maintaining appearances rather than addressing real issues. HR leadership routinely attempts to skirt employment laws to target employees they dislike, creating an unsafe and unethical environment. One key figure in HR services leadership is particularly problematic—uninformed, unprofessional, and prone to bullying. Despite numerous complaints and even people leaving the company as a direct result, this person remains in their role, backed by equally ineffective management. Their combined lack of knowledge and poor behavior leads to constant mistakes, damaged relationships, and an increased workload for the rest of the team, who are left to clean up the mess. The stress of working here far outweighs any potential financial benefits. For now, avoid it at all costs.
