Pressure to lie, unachievable goals

Business Outlook

Pros

High turnover staff so permanent jobs always available

Cons

Major pressure to lie about project progress for directors (not small lies, big lies!). When you get found out, your manager who pressured you to lie turns it on you and denies all knowledge! This has happened to many people i worked with here and me. Awful place. Managers do not care about you becuse they are to worried about getting fired themselves.
