Pros

Fesco is a great company to work for. The work culture is good as well as having a solid pay structure. This company will also hire you if you have no oil field experience.

Cons

Without oil field experience will have to know someone with within the company to get in.

Good money for those without or willing to sacrifice a home life.

Cons

Not a good long term career choice. Working in a cyclical business is tough enough but FESCO consistently offers less pay and benefits than similar oilfield service companies.
