      Stable work, don't lay people off.

      Cons

      Lower wages than other companies for comparable jobs. Promotions based on good ol boy system, but that's what you get with a family run business.

      Pros

      They offer health and dental insurance, 401K, and PTO.

      Cons

      The current hydraulic choke division in Alice is poorly run and cares nothing for the employees, unless you're a "yes" man. You're expected to "do what you have to do" to get the job done even if it put employees in harms way. One employee was put in a dangerous situation and had his face and hands burned. Management and many employees had a "let it ride" mentality and were willing to run equipment until failure instead of replacing it when it's worn or washed.
