Great place to learn from experienced tenured engineers and senior operators. (Before they left).
Cons
They pay less than most companies, and act like they're doing you a favor. Nepotism. When Bill Findley was heading the company, he always valued the employees, and distributed profit sharing bonuses. Since Steve Findley took over, bonuses disappeared, but they spend millions of company funds on aircraft like a private plane, and a P-51 Mustang. Then parade them around at the employee appreciation events, so everyone can see where their "apprecition bonuses" are going. Poorly ran since management drove most of the 20-30 year employees away.
