      Safe work environment for the most part(their starting to cut corners) Helpful group of guys I worked with Got to have my weekends off

      Cons

      If you’re not a revenue generating job, department or branch(maintenance, equipment maintenance, equipment building, or getting the branches that generate the revenue what they need) you’ll be treated like a liability, and a waist of money. Where as these other branches, management, get huge raises, bonuses, new equipment, We are forgotten. a lot of these guys haven’t seen a raise in decades. “Never had layoffs” was the old Fesco selling point welp not anymore they’ve had two brutal onesies now their just like all the other oil companies out there they just don’t pay as well.
