PTO, Health Insurance, that is all.

- Pay structure: Low to medium at best - Leadership: Far underqualified for their roles. From mid-level to the top. - Overall Compensation: Never had any 401k. When they talked about it, they said at best you would get a 401k plan with no match. Pay was low to medium at best. - Upward mobility: there was none despite the company growth.

Amazing management, amazing company, great benefits and environment, and a supportive team. Great communication on goals and coaching where needed. Room for growth. Management works hard to make sure you have the tools you need to succeed. They added a 401k

Some of the people I worked with were wonderful people.

Cons

Willing to put you and your community at risk during covid to maintain their "cadence" the management I was under did not take it seriously. Whenever I spoke of my concerns it was met with resistance and dismissiveness. HR is a joke as you will not be heard. Finally was fired without any given reason, only later to find out that they said I "was a bad culture fit".
