Pros

Gave me first hand insight on how to adapt to an environment with a lack of supervisor

Cons

- As a supervisor, I was paid the same or less than the associates under me. - You will feel like you put in hours of overtime, but in the end, your paycheck will only reflect 40 hours or less. - As a woman, my manager refused to speak to me unless another man was in the room. - Work will follow you home and you will be strong armed into doing duties outside of your job description and work hours with no compensation - My manager left early every day, leaving myself and one other person to work the most busy hours of the day alone and once he left, he refused to come back to help even when we desperately needed it.

Pros

Fetch is an amazing company with a positive, healthy culture. We are changing the way the multifamily industry views and handles packages on site. I’m extremely blessed to be a part of this team.

Cons

I don’t have any cons.
