Chaotic work environment, communication gaps, some managers are too young, not experienced and not process oriented

Pros

Coworkers were great. Good product with customer excitement.

Cons

Zebra bought the company and laid most people off. In our exit interview they basically told us they didn’t know how to run a robotics company, and to compensate for the lack of growth they had to… get rid of most of the engineers who could scale the product.
