Pros

FEVO is small enough to know everyone and large enough to be effective. There's a lot of autonomy and opportunity to own your lane. Management is very involved and issues can be escalated and resolved quickly and very helpful in translating big picture to day-to-day

Cons

Annual reviews and more transparent bonus/raise structure.

- toxic and quick to blame, starts at the top(very cliquey leadership) - a feature factory with no product vision or strategy

easy to coast. pays okay, but no bonuses and company is not doing well.

Cons

Opaque leadership. Promises made and never kept. Product is old and stale. We work our hearts out and get nothing in return. President just makes false promises and has no idea what she's doing. Sales team is carrying this company at the risk to our own reputations. Product is buggy. nothing works well ever. We are the front lines getting yelled at by clients all the time for late payouts, faulty product and a CFO who doesn't bother talking to clients and then demands more from us. Disaster
