4yThank you for your review. We take all employee feedback seriously. As you may have seen in other responses, FEVO issues anonymous employee surveys, with feedback collected by an independent polling company to make sure there is a constant feedback loop that addresses the needs and concerns of our employees. We appreciate your candor, but we are disappointed that you did not feel comfortable enough to express these concerns via one of these employee surveys.
FEVO has bi-annual peer and manager review cycles where employees are encouraged to raise any concerns they might have. We offer raises, bonuses, and equity in the company on an annual basis. We also provide employees spot bonuses throughout the year, while providing benefits and perks like unlimited time off, a work-from-home stipend, a live-entertainment stipend and more.
