Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn. People are helpful always.

Cons

May be better salaries for experienced people rather than giving the same salary for freshers would be a good morale.

Pros

Continuous deliveries happening, so constant flow of work. Exposure to new technologies across both frontend and backend. Technically people are good. Small company, decent pay and free food.

Cons

Lack of world class infrastructure. Only few Foosball tables. Gym is very rudimentary and sometimes seating is congested.
