      First week your there you were in all of the departments.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. They said no nicotine of any kind on premise but people are smoking vapes inside the building.

      Pros

      Fibreworks is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The management cares for their employees, focusing on family and making sure everyone has a safe, clean environment to work in. The owners reinvest in the company by purchasing needed equipment and expanding the business. Employees are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Employee Benefit package is good and continues to improve as our company grows.

      Cons

      Production works long hours, especially during the busy season Priorities can change quickly, so employees must be willing to adapt Communication by management could improve Only 8 holidays each year
