Pros

Co-workers are pleasant and accommodating for the most part. Work environment is clean and well kept.

Cons

Top heavy HR and management at all levels have created an environment where fear is the motivator. Knowledge, skill, and experience are not factors in determining raises and promotions. Managers and some co-workers who seek attention from management will agree to any ridiculous request and deadline. This company has lost many high quality employees and will continue down this long and slippery slope until they figure out how to create a real team culture.

Pros

Friendly work environment. Many very nice and noble people. Good pay (unimpresive base salary but high bonus + profit sharing + ...) Company greatly values my job and return with great reward. Company cares about employees' life-work balance and career advancement.. Great opportunity to work with financial aspect and with financial and business people. When they layoff people due to business decision they inform several months ahead and then provide nice package. They also allow laid off people to stay in office and use their work computer for weeks to look for jobs. I guess they trust laid off people won't do any harm to company because company treat them very reasonably. Ted John is a very sensible person.

Cons

There are a lot overhead, although all people work very very hard, the outcome is not as much.

Pros

Good work life balance, Transport, Good pay, Leaves Friendly people

Cons

Very very slow growth and decisions. Those who talk will be appreciated more and given positions. Those who work and not talk much will have huge problem in this company. Too many managers. Some managers are only people managers neither can understand technology nor the domain. Low onsite opportunity. In some teams they create long term onsite even if it is not necessary. Management exists for the sake of managers. Most of the tech leads are doing the job of Senior Software Engineer. Not good for technology advancement. Politics everywhere.. Not good for people who work in Microsoft Background (.NET). Senior management in US is against to .NET
