Pros

This company is the best example to show how a worst leadership can change anything to nothing.

Cons

EI leadership is totally a gang of good-for-nothings, looks like they brought in as a programme for Give Peanuts, Get Monkeys.. Now it's a circus, a clueless one

Pros

Good benefits but the toxic politics by higher management taken everything away

Cons

• Toxic political culture within the Asset Management division. • Even high-performing employees are subject to unfair treatment and poor reviews due to internal power dynamics. • Concerns escalated to HR and senior leadership were completely dismissed — both acted more like enablers than problem solvers. • HR is ineffective and not employee-focused; they protect toxic leadership rather than support fairness. • Wouldn’t recommend Asset management to any prospect employees .
