Pros

Great pay and benefits, very easy to get to and a commute you can really be thankful for. They spend money on technology where needed and help you get your job done.

Cons

Who in management knows about you and what you do is somewhat luck when new mangers are always coming in. The review system is awkward and can't possibly reflect your achievements correctly.

Pros

The first 8-10 of my 16 years were good. Work was challenging but rewarding. New ideas and approaches were encouraged. Teams of talented, hard working professionals defined the company. Employees were told that they were the number one asset.

Cons

Too much focus on process and too little on work that added value to the firm. Offshoring and dumping people in Texas has eliminated nearly every tech job in Boston; any honest audit of the 'site strategy' will show that it has been an ill-conceived disaster. The costs are much higher and very little is getting done.
