Pros

strong name, workday usually ends at 5 for the average employee

Cons

does not seem to be good communication across the various branches from its headquarters. leads to inefficiency especially with their computer systems and continuously unsuccessful updates. causes more of a hassle for employees than it helps them. would be better if more integrated.

Pros

Time off whenever wanted or needed as long as you have the time to take. Close relationships. Can be laid back.

Cons

Raises only once a year. Close relationships, I listed this as a pro but can be a con also. Promotions to favorites.

room for advancement, a leader in the industry, the company sticks to the orginal missions of autonomy and bias for action, lots of opportunities for motivated individuals

the industry and economy have created a lot of changes and sometimes they come at you quickly
