Pros

You have the option to work unlimited overtime

Cons

Training is very poor, management is not organized. This is a call center job that will send you to the phones without proper training. You will be expected to meet certain criteria and statistics in the training environment. They will not cut you any slack if you make a mistake. You will be scolded if your break is a minute longer than it should be. The shift is 8:30-5 and there are two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch. There is no benefits or PTO. Even if you have a family emergency. You are expected to take an "unplanned absence" and not get paid or it. You also will not be paid for holidays.
