      Permanent Hire is Great but Temp Hire Isn’t

      Pros

      -Snacks handed out on a monthly basis. -Fun games to win prizes. -You can listen to money. -Plenty of places to walk outside in nature. -cafeteria for kitchen made food. -Gym on site. -Doctor on site.

      Cons

      -some of management would threaten to fire off their temporary labor on a weekly basis and would make overtime mandatory even if it wasn’t in any employment contracts. -Employed for over a year with no permanent hire: no benefits or time off due to Veritude.

      The compensation was pretty good You can say you work at a company with brand recognition The work isn’t that hard

      Cons

      ZERO benefits no health care no PTO no holiday pay no 401k match no sick days they give you the most vague terrible explanations for conversion (pretty much zero hope) i work with A LOT of incompetent people. i feel like a second class citizen every day at the company. everyone else takes so many vacations while you suffer
